As a part of the Dublin Festival of Russian Culture 2011, Dublin City Council and IRBA are hosting a business breakfast and networking event for the business leaders.

Guests from the St. Peterborough City Government will speak on the economic opportunities in the region, and Enterprise Ireland on the related developments. Discussion will be chaired by Constantin Gurdgiev.
